WWII Overnight

W.W.II Overnight takes place every year at Gurrie Middle School in LaGrange, IL. The show is part of an annual program designed for 8th grade students to enhance their knowledge of W.W.II and provide an up close and personal way to study the most interesting war of the 20th Century. During the evening of W.W.II Overnight, collectors, re-enactors and veterans gather to educate the students about what they have brought or what they have experienced. In 2002, a small part of my collection was displayed in the gymnasium with some other fine collections of W.W.II memorabilia. Thanks to Gurrie Middle School for the invite!
